Return & Exchange Policy

Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

Click the following link, enter your order number and email address, and create a return label: Support@rlzrskhw.shop

Enter your order number and select the item you wish to return.

You will immediately receive an email from Rlzrskhw with the subject line "Your Rlzrskhw Return Label."

Click the link in this email.

Click the "Download Your Shipping Label" button. A new window will open containing your return label. Please print this label and affix it to the outside of your box or plastic envelope.

You can place the label in a USPS mailbox, give it directly to the mail carrier, or drop it off at your local post office.

Once the item arrives at our warehouse, the card used to purchase the item will be automatically refunded.
