After receiving your order, I strive to ship within three business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping may be delayed during holidays. If you have any questions about your order, please contact me via email. I will respond within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, we will immediately send a confirmation email to the email address provided in your order.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Rlzrskhw is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. I treat your items with the utmost care and attention. I carefully inspect your order before packaging to ensure it is correct and free of defects or damage. If your tracking number indicates your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. A claim must be filed with USPS for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you need to file a claim with USPS, I will do my best to assist you.
